Video collaboration with Hannah Hamalian, Choreography in collaboration with Kristin Marrs

A multidisciplinary collaboration involving animation, video, and performance. Video of dancer was rotoscoped using sand, glass, and gel to create an entity with a new material identity. This work was performed in two segments: In the first chapter, the dancer performed the choreography live. In the second, remnant movements from the live performance were animated on screen. The material body forms, becomes undone, then rebuilds once more.
